WHAT IS THE ENGAGEMENT PROCESS FOR THE CANDIDATE?

CV SUBMISSION

The candidates submits their CV to Diktu’s email address (candidature@diktu.com), or in response to a job order. A CV may be submitted for consideration of a specific open position or as a speculative submission for inclusion in the database.

CV ANALYSIS

Analysis of the CV, verifying the fit with the needs and positions frequently requested by Diktu Clients.

Feedback and rating of the Candidate in the Diktu database.

INTERNAL INTERVIEW

First (potential) interview with the Candidate.

This interview is not always necessary and there are also cases of direct selection by the Company (often in cases of extreme urgency).

CLIENT INTERVIEW

Interview with the client, when they wish to meet the candidate before attribution to a project.

The interview can be in person on by phone.  This phase is particularly important when the request is particularly complex and of strategic importance.

CONTRACT

The Candidate, once identified from the short list, proceeds to contract. The Candidate is placed under contract by Diktu, in one of the possible employment methods available by law (e.g. as a consultant (with VAT number); as a company; Short or Long Term employment).

PART OF THE TEAM

Operational start of the project and inclusion in the work Team.

The Client will of course make on-going evaluation of the Candidate and interruptions or suspensions of employment are possible, where performance fails to reach expectations.
